About Us
At Wright home maintenance we provide a professional handyman service to clients in and around the Leeds, Harrogate and Bradford areas.
Our aim is to provide you with a professional service at an affordable price. We do not charge a call out fee and all our charges are inclusive of VAT.
By using our handyman service for repairs and improvements to your property, you save the time and expense involved with hiring various tradesmen.
We work with branded vans and uniforms. Before leaving your property we always clear and tidy the work area.
Pricing
Obviously with handyman work, the price varies depending on the work involved and the length of time it will take to complete. In order to provide you with the most cost effective service, we have a variety of pricing options available:
Small works pricing
Hourly rate for small jobs (fitting taps, cleaning gutters, changing locks).
Day rate for larger jobs (decorating, laying a floor, tiling).
Fixed Pricing
For jobs requiring more than one days labour (installing a bathroom, exterior painting, building a patio) we can visit you to discuss your requirements and provide a free quotation.
Call Outs
We do not charge call out fees however small the job.
Materials
Any materials needed to do the job (with the exception of small sundries such as plugs and screws) will be charged on top of labour costs.
Guarantee
We carry £2million public liability insurance. Additionally we offer a workmanship guarantee which ranges from 0-12 months depending on the work carried out.
